The Vapouround Global Awards, now in its eighth year, brings together the very best of the vape industry worldwide. What's more, thanks to our amazing customers we have been nominated for a for the 'Best Online Retailer Award' for a second year running!

The fact that we have been nominated for a second year running is a testament to the hard work and dedication shown by the whole team, I am truly thankful to work alongside such an extraordinary group of people - Fash (Director).

This year the awards will be held on Friday 12th May in Birmingham, with 33 awards, broken into Product Awards, Public Choice Awards and Industry Awards. 

The premise of the awards is to celebrate the very best of the global vape community and recognise all that the industry has achieved year on year and to pay tribute to all the incredible brands, advocates, and innovators who keep pushing the industry forward.

Sustainability and ethics are integral to Royal Flush Vape as a company and a team and we are working hard to reduce our carbon footprint wherever possible.

Over the past year we have:

• Planted one tree for every 65 orders placed, to offset the impact of our packaging and printed marketing material.
• Switched to e-receipts in all of our retail stores.
• Adopted 100% paperless picking in our warehouse, in favour of handheld scanning devices.
• Planted 78 trees to offset the CO2 emissions of our website.
• Dispatched your parcels using only couriers committed to reducing their environmental impact, namely Royal Mail who deliver two out of three parcels by foot and DPD who have a 100% carbon neutral commitment.
• Recycled hundreds of disposable batteries under our WEEE policy. 

Over the course of the next 12 months we plan to:

• Offset the emissions directly related our team, like their office space, electricity at work, food, small office material and short distance travel.
• Switch to 100% LED lighting in all our stores and warehouse locations.
• Continue to promote our campaigns for battery recycling and encourage our customers to switch to re-usable devices. 
• Switch to recyclable carrier bags and gift cards in our retail locations.

Real Living Wage Employer

Staff wellbeing plays a pivotal role within our core ethos at Royal Flush Vape which is why we were one of the first vape companies to pay our entire team the Real Living Wage.

We recently celebrated our accreditation anniversary and our continued commitment to the Living Wage Movement.

We value our team members and want to make sure they are rewarded for the hard work they do, we also truly believe it is the ethical, desirable, and socially responsible thing to do.

Early Adopters of Age Verification

As a responsible retailer Royal Flush Vape were an early adopter of age verification and were one of the first UK vape companies to offer the incredibly robust 1account for our age verification checks. By ensuring all customers are age verified we can ensure that we are complying with laws and regulations to supply our genuine and compliant products.

With the recent publicity around youth vaping this is even more relevant than ever!

In the past 12 months we have age verified tens of thousands of customers and rejected several thousand orders where age verification has failed and no proof of age could be provided, without a robust age verification process these orders may well have ended up in the hands of minors.

First to Offer DPD Pickup

Further to our environmental goals, we were the first Vape Store in the UK to offer DPD Pickup at checkout to over 6.500 locations across the nation. DPD Pickup is more environmentally friendly than standard shipping as the service reduces carbon emissions by up to 85%. We incentivise the use of DPD Pickup by subsidising the cost at checkout.

Royal Flush Vape are proudly partnered with the UK Vaping Industry Association (UKVIA) to ensure that we can continue providing excellent customer service and continue being a leading responsible retailer. Our UKVIA partnership allows us to receive regulatory updates which in turn provides help and support to maintain our high standards.

The UK Vaping Industry Association (UKVIA) has recently launched its ‘Greenprint for Sustainable Vaping’ outlining steps to help tackle the environmental impact of single-use vape products.

Royal Flush Vape proudly support St Catherine's Hospice (Reg Charity No: 512186) who cares for patients and families who are affected by life-shortening conditions like cancer, motor neurone disease and heart failure.

We work tirelessly to offer next level customer support, every member of the Royal Flush support team are vapers themselves so whether you are new to vaping or an experienced vaper our friendly and knowledgeable staff are here to help. We also offer at least 3 months warranty on all vape kits we sell.

Fast, Free UK Delivery

We understand that our customers need their vape supplies fast. This is why our warehouse operate 9am to 6pm 7 days a week! Any order placed before 4pm (12pm Sat/Sun) can be received the very next day, including Saturdays and Sundays. We only work alongside reputable shipping providers such as DPD and Royal Mail with free delivery available on all orders over £20.
