As of Monday 12th April, we’re glad to announce that we have once again fully re-opened all of our physical stores to the public!
Since the last lockdown, we have continued to fully ensure our extensive safety measures remain in place to make certain all of our stores are safe for customers return. In addition, the Royal Flush team have continued to maintain our strict cleaning procedures including thorough sanitation of all public and staff areas.
Hand sanitiser will be readily available at the entrance of each store, which we encourage you to use.
Which stores are re-opening?
As of Monday 12th April, all of our stores are back open as usual.
What are the opening hours?
You’ll be pleased to know that our opening hours have not changed, our opening hours are:
Preston:
Mon-Fri 9:30am–6pm, Saturday 9:30am–5:30pm, Sunday CLOSED
Leyland:
Mon-Fri 9am–5:30pm, Saturday 9am–5:30pm, Sunday 10am–3pm
Bamber Bridge:
Mon-Fri 9:30am–6pm, Saturday 9:30am–5:30pm, Sunday CLOSED
Do I have to wear a mask?
It is recommended where possible to wear a mask, this is at your own discretion. If you forget your mask, please ask a member of staff who will be happy to provide you with one, free of charge.
Can I still order by telephone or on the website?
As always you can place your order via our website and over the phone for delivery or click & collect.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your online order by Credit or Debit Card, PayPal, Klarna or Laybuy. If you visit us in store you can pay by either Credit or Debit Card or Cash.
Delivery Methods Available
For many, the re-opening of our stores will be welcoming news as the ability to shop in store again becomes a possibility, however we do fully understand that some may prefer to continue shopping from home.
The numerous lockdowns we have endured throughout this pandemic have allowed us to streamline our services to ensure that your shopping experience is as smooth as possible whilst also providing a wide range of delivery methods available.
If you would prefer to order for delivery, please note that we offer numerous delivery choices available including Royal Mail, DPD Next Day and Same Day Local Delivery (selected PR postcodes).
Please note that we offer free Royal Mail on orders over £20 and free DPD Next Working Day on orders over £50.
